Commercial and office cleaning in the Malvern and Worcestershire area.

A place of work will suffer in its function if it is not maintained correctly.

Malvern Cleaners begin with a visit to your place of work to carry out a brief survey as you lay down your requirements. This allows us to marry up your expectations with our task, and helps to ensure that the necessary standard is met and maintained.

How do our office cleans work?

Office and commercial cleaning carried out by Malvern Cleaners is reliable and discreet and is based around a check list developed jointly between us and you.

On receiving your enquiry, we will arrange a time at your convenience for a dedicated account manager to come and visit your office and to examine your premises and to make notes of your requirements. This will be put into a formal check list, and will be worked through by our dedicated cleaner who we will assign to your company.

Any changes or additions to your office cleaning can be actioned by an email to your account manager who will then inform the cleaning agents on the ground.

Invoicing takes place by emailed attachments in PDF files, on a weekly or fortnightly basis as arranged at the outset, and payments can be made by BACS online. We are NOT VAT registered as we are under the turnover limit.

David's story: an office cleaning case study in malvern. 'The Surgery.'

Malvern Cleaners have been carrying out a clean at Malvern's premier podiatry surgery on the Worcester Road since 2014. The clean is a thorough office clean for the surgery's reception and a surface and floor clean for the practice rooms.

"It's important for my clients that the surgery looks clean and well maintained," explains David. "It is important to reflect that ambiance of efficiency and cleanliness to my patients who might very well be feeling nervous about their forthcoming procedure. The last thing they want is to go into a minor operation with any doubts as to the hygiene of my theatre."

"I have used Malvern Cleaners on a commercial cleaning basis since late 2014. They do a weekly clean, after operating hours, and make sure that the basics are covered for my surgery. Of course the medical bins have to be disposed of by incineration, and there is a special collection for these. Their reliability has been excellent, and they have even made that extra effort to clean on a bank holiday when the demand is there."
